RankGap is a SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) visibility tracking platform. We help you track your website's rankings in Google Search and AI platforms like Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Google AI Overview.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Scrape or collect data from our Service without permission
  • Use the Service to track websites you do not own or have authorization to track

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

  • Refunds are provided at our discretion

While we strive to provide accurate data, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of AI visibility checks or search ranking data. Rankings and AI citations can change frequently, and our data should be used as a guide, not as definitive metrics.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RankGap and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

RankGap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
